The Florida Folk Festival was in White Springs over Veterans Day weekend this year.  It is usually over the Memorial Day weekend in the Spring, but the forest fires were so bad in Florida at that time that they postponed the event.  We drove over for the day with our friends Lou and Betsy Kellenberger.  There was lots of good Southern cookin', several folk life craft demonstrations, some cracker cowboy poetry, and all manner of music.  We had a great time!  Here are some of the sights:

We're in Arkansas for Thanksgiving visiting with some of Paula's family.  We'll head back to Tallahassee on Saturday, November 24.
