After high school, Barbara married Evan who is from Greece. Together they had three great beautiful children; a girl and two boys.
Evan and Barbara had several restaurants, a gift shop, deli, etc. where she worked at and established on the beach side. They traveled in Europe, Greece and the islands several times with the children. They also traveled all over the United States and Canada. Barbara feels very blessed in her life.
Barbara was also a retail store manager at the Volusia Mall for 12 years, and then got into therapy because of her daughter's profession.
The eldest child, the daughter, is a Physical Therapist and her husband is the Athletic Director and Head Coach for Atlantic High School in Port Orange. They have 2 girls, ages 14 and 4. These little ones have been Barbara's saving grace, helping to raise these beautiful girls.
The middle child, Donny is in Stuart, FL, in the medical profession. He is divorced and has one son.
The baby, Evan, is 46 and lives in New Jersey with his wife, son and daughter. Evan works for a large window and door company and his wife works for a bank in New York. Barbara occasionally visits them in New Jersey.
Barbara and Evan divorced in 1978 and Barbara remarried in 1979 to a wonderful man who retired from the News Journal. He was a wonderful man and helped Barbara raise her three children. Unfortunately, he passed away a few years ago.
